What's Behind the Name?

When the idea of opening a café was still just a daydream, Shawn’s three sons were her biggest cheerleaders. In fact, they even helped inspire the name!

Back when they were young, they excitedly suggested calling it “Goldilocks and the Three Bears” - a playful nod to their family of three boys. While everyone agrees that name might not fit quite as perfectly today, the spirit behind it stuck.

G3B Café is a heartfelt tribute to those early days of dreaming big, to the excitement they shared, and to their endless encouragement  in bringing it all to life.

Every time you see "G3B," you’re seeing a little piece of that story -a reminder that the best things are built with love, laughter, and a lot of support.
