This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be issued by G3B Café & Market. G3B Café & Market is committed to delivering high-quality food, beverages, and market goods. While most purchases are final, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Our goal is to address concerns promptly and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

This policy explains what items may be returned or refunded and under what conditions.

RESTAURANT PURCHASES (FOOD & BEVERAGES)

All dine-in and to-go food/beverage sales are final.
Because food is prepared fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds except in the following cases:
 
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • An order was prepared incorrectly

  • An item was missing from your order

  • The product was unsafe to consume (e.g., foreign object or confirmed quality issue)

  • A significant service error occurred

 
To request a correction or replacement, please contact us on the same day of your visit or pick-up.

G3B Café & Market reserves the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate based on the circumstances.

MARKET & RETAIL PURCHASES

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Unopened, unused retail merchandise

  • Items returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Must be in original condition with receipt or proof of purchase
     

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened food items

  • Gift baskets or custom-packaged items

  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise

  • Clearance items

  • Perishable goods (including refrigerated or baked items)
     

Refund Method
Approved returns may be refunded to the original method of payment or issued as store credit, at management’s discretion.

ONLINE ORDERS

  • Customers must notify us of issues within 48 hours of delivery

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged

  • Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected

We can adjust or remove this section depending on whether G3B plans to sell items online.

GIFT CARDS & SPECIAL EVENTS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

  • Deposits or prepayments for special events, reservations, or catering may follow additional terms that will be provided at booking.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

​If you receive a damaged retail product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

G3B Café & Market reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Determine whether refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate

  • Adjust this policy as needed to support business operations
